SurgeXperiences #210 up! #211 coming!

The one and only SURGICAL blog carnival, SurgeXperiences is now up at From Dupont to Abdoun. This is the 10th edition of the 2nd season. 

 

What is SurgeXperiences?

SurgeXperiences is a blog carnival (registered with Blog Carnival) that collects blog entries every 2 weeks* on varioussurgical experiences. We also accept articles on the news of surgical advances, etc. It is THE blog carnival for everything surgical and more! All are welcome to contribute.

Many thanks to future ED doctor Caroline Vines for hosting this edition. We wish her all the best for her residency interviews in the USA. 

Next edition

The next edition of SurgeXperiences (211) will be hosted by another medical student “M” at her blog “The scalpel is mightier than the sword”. 

“M” is an eighteen year old medical student with a lot of opinions, a god complex and aspirations for surgery..”

Her call for submissions is up and the theme for this edition will be “Without struggle, there is no progess.” She is hoping to highlight the various ways in which surgery presents itself as a challenge within our lives– whether it be as patients, family or physicians– and how we reflect upon the experience.
